Klass Construction commenced trading on 29th September 2006. The company was formed by founding directors Niall Gregory and Brian Blaides, both of whom have many years experience in the construction industry.

Brian Blaides manages the carpentry work on all the projects the company works on. Brian has approximately 15 years experience in the construction industry.

Niall Gregory has worked in the building industry since the early 1990's. Niall specialises in groundwork.

The company has traded successfully since 2006 and expanded further in 2008 when taking on further employees. Both directors attribute the company's continued success to providing a high level of service to all the company's customers.

Despite the downturn in the building and construction industry in recent years, the company has continued to grow and has successfully completed a number of different projects in recent times. More details on the work undertaken can be seen in our gallery.

Klass Construction is fully insured with full public and employer's liability insurance. All our employees hold safe passes as a result having completed numerous training courses.

Klass Construction is also a registered contractor with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (Registration Number - 14053). The Irish Government, through SEAI, are encouraging homeowners to improve the energy performance of their homes. Grants are available to cover works including attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, extrnal wall insulation and internal dry lining.
